What happens when the best restaurants in Santa Fe partner with the best wineries in the country?
The Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta, five days of amazing culinary and sensorial experiences. If you’ve never been, make 2017 the year you witness one of the most sophisticated and delightful events in the country. Its 27th edition, from September 27 to October 1st, promises to be better than ever.
The Festival brings together 90 national wineries and 75 of Santa Fe’s best restaurants, so locals and visitors have plenty of cooking demos, wine seminars, luncheons and dinners to choose from! And because Santa Fe is a city of art, there is even a Film Fiesta, an evening dedicated to food and wine pairings as people enjoy this year’s films selections: ‘Bottle Shock’ and ‘Heavenly Vintage’.

The Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta also has a charitable side, with the Fiesta Live Auction, an event that raises money to sponsor Santa Fe restaurant community events throughout the year such as Santa Fe’s Cooking with Kids program and Santa Fe Restaurant Week. The idea of this auction is to continue promoting the culinary arts that make Santa Fe a desirable international destination.
The festival culminates with The Grand Tasting at the Santa Fe Opera. A magnificent evening where all the participating restaurants wineries serve samples of their best products, all at the same place. The location, the ambiance, and of course, the food and wine, make this night an unforgettable one.
